Every project follows six stages: discovery and consultation, requirements and planning, design and development, testing and quality assurance, deployment and handover, and ongoing support and maintenance. The depth of each stage depends on the size of the project.

Payment terms are set out in your quotation and agreed before work begins. We will explain them clearly so there are no surprises.

Yes. Maintenance is part of our Website Redesign and Maintenance service and can include content updates, bug fixes, performance improvements and technical upkeep. The scope is agreed with you.

After deployment we hand over and explain how your solution works. Ongoing support and maintenance can be arranged if you want help with updates, fixes or improvements.

We agree on communication channels with you at the start and aim to keep you informed at each stage, so you can review progress and give feedback.
